Ski lift bearings

CIP Composites are an ideal replacement for greased bearings, thrust washers and wear pads in many applications on a ski lift including the bullwheel, sheave frame assembly and wheels, guide rail, tension system, trap assembly, crossarms, and the J-bar. Greased bearings, if not housed or maintained properly can drip grease. Replacing greased bronze bearings with CIP self-lubricated bearings can extend bearing life and eliminate costly maintenance.
CIP Composites are ideal in high load, slow rotating applications as thrust bearings, pivot bearings, sleeve bearings, and wear pads. Suitable for exposed environmental conditions associated with lift operations and performance will not degrade in cold temperatures.
