Unlike offshore, the onshore industry requires materials that have capabilities to operate in dry and sometimes dusty conditions.  CIP Composite bearings have the ability to operate in either condition without external lubriation.  As a high load self lubricating bearing, CIP Composites have a low coefficient of friction with high temperature capabilites.
