Whether you are exploring, drilling, or producing within the industry, CIP Composites™ are ideal for your high load, high impact slow rotating or pivot applications. Custom manufactured to your specifications as tubes, sheets or finished or custom parts, CIP materials offer low coefficients of friction, negligible moisture absorption and low coefficients of thermal expansion. Stable in wet, dry and dirty environments, CIP Composites™ are easy to machine and they do not contain abrasive fillers in the resin, such as calcium carbonate (CaCO3).

This specialized, high quality 100% bearing material can be press or freeze fitted with the ability to machine in place. Stable where misalignment is present, CIP materials have high edge load and shock load capabilities. CIP Composites™ perform excellently when submerged completely underwater and can be used with external grease or oil if desired.
