Maintenance free, composite bearings are ideal for any fishing boat where greasing is undesired.  For the high load, slowly rotating or oscillating applications, CIP Composites are self lubricating and operate excellently in both wet and dry environments.  Salt water doesn’t bother this non-metallic bearing material.  Utilize CIP Composites in applications such as pulley lines and winches.  Choose CIP Marine Composite for multi-grooved bearings, standard marine bushing style, for water lubricated stern tube bushings, rudder and thruster bearings.  Get the benefit of a one-part bushing (no metallic or fiberglass shell) that is comprised of 100% polyester based material.  Easily machine thrust washers and plain bushings that can be freeze or press fitting along with wear pads with inserts for installation if needed.
