For the high load, slow speed applications, CIP Composites are excellent greaseless bearing materials for many types of deck machinery equipment.  Great replacements for bronze bushings, CIP bearings eliminate grease lines and fittings with its self lubricating properties.  Reducing undesired maintenance, CIP Composites operate with low coefficients of friction in both wet and dry environments.  Comprised of non-metallic materials, these marine composites do not corrode and are environmentally friendly.  From plain bushings and thrust washers to wear pads, all CIP Composites are custom manufactured for winches, fairleads, pulley lines and guide strips on deck.
