Dirty or caustic environments can often be detrimental to the life of bearings, especially those that require grease lubrication.  CIP Composites are self lubricated therefore eliminating the need for lubrication lines and fittings, specifically in applications that require high loads with slow rotation or oscillation.  Performing excellently in both dry and wet running applications, CIP Composites can reduce the frequency of part replacement in equipment such as vertical water pumps. 

Reduce undesired maintenance on equipment such as front end loaders and doziers by replacing current bronze or nylon based bearing materials with self lubricating composites.  CIP Composites are all 100% non-metallic and do not contain fiberglass.  High edge load capabilities are achieved as the materials are polyester based with solid lubricants evenly dispersed throughout the material. 

Plain bushings, wear pads, thrust washers and wear rings can be utilized by excavators and equipment used for boring, tunneling, drilling and crushing.
