Whether it’s a single or double acting hydraulic cylinder, CIP Composites wear bands/rings are self lubricated, have low wear rates and do not contain abrasive fillers such as calcium carbonate.  CIP Composite wear rings are 100% bearing material containing polyester textile as its base materials.  This material will not swell if water gets into the hydraulic system.  They do not have a fiberglass or metallic shell and will not wear mating surface.  With large diameter capabilities, Columbia Industrial Products offers sizes up to 54 inches to accommodate for the variety of different cylinder styles from telescoping to ram cylinders.
