Hydraulic Wear Rings
Whether it’s a single or double acting hydraulic cylinder, CIP Composites wear bands and wear rings are self lubricated, have low wear rates and do not contain abrasive fillers such as calcium carbonate.  CIP Composite wear rings are 100% bearing material containing polyester textile as its base materials.  This material will not swell.  It does not have a fiberglass or metallic shell and will not wear mating surfaces.  With large diameter capabilities, we offers sizes up to 54 inches to accommodate for the variety of different cylinder styles from telescoping to ram cylinders.  CIP Wear Rings
