Industrial applications for CIP Composites™ are very diverse and range from chain guide strips to hydraulic cylinder wear rings to custom thrust washers. Custom manufactured to your specifications as greaseless bearings, wear pads and thrust washers, CIP offers low friction and high temperature capabilities. CIP Composites™ have great dimensional stability in wet, dry and dirty environments with a low coefficient of thermal expansion for heavy equipment machinery to the wood products industry. CIP Composite bearing materials are self lubricating and have high load, high impact capabilities while remaining light weight and environmentally friendly. CIP bearing materials are non-conducting (non graphite grades) and do not contain abrasive fillers, such as calcium carbonate (CaCO₃).

CIP Composites™ are major problem solvers for rigorous industrial applications by extending wear life while reducing or eliminating external lubricants and undesired maintenance.
